・投稿写真は、投稿いただく方が著作権を有するオリジナル写真とします。
・人物写真の場合、被写体の承諾を得てからご応募ください。
被写体が未成年の場合は、保護者の承諾も必ず得て下さい。
・投稿いただける画像ファイルのサイズは1MB以上、6MB以内となっております。
・お一人様一点限りのご応募にご協力をお願いいたします。
・応募写真が必ず展示されるとは限りません。
展示する写真については、本展主催者で検討し、決定いたします。
・著作権や肖像権など第三者の権利を侵害するおそれがある、あるいは公序良俗に反すると思われる写真は展示できません。
・投稿文や写真は、展示に際して、趣旨を変えない範囲で編集やトリミング加工等して使用する場合がありますのでご了承ください。
・All photos submitted must be originals for which the applicant possesses the copyright.
・If there are people in the picture, applicants must get permission from the pictured individual(s) prior to applying.
If the pictured individual(s) are minor(s), applicants must get the permission of their parent(s) or guardian(s).
・The size of image files for applications must be no larger than 6 MB.
・The same applicant can send in multiple applications, but each application requires a unique picture.
・Not all submitted photos will be exhibited.
The photos to be used in the exhibition will be determined after consideration by the promoters.
・Photos which could infringe upon the copyrights or likeness usage rights of a third party will not be exhibited.
・Please be aware that editing, trimming and other changes may be applied to contributed text or photos for the purposes of this exhibition, but will be limited to an extent that does not change the intent of these materials.
